IWCP - 17 January 1891 - Carisbrooke - SALVATIONIST FUNERAL. - On Tuesday last the mortal remains of William Oxford, aged 52, who died on Saturday last, were interred at the Cemetery, when a large number of the members of the Newport corps of the Salvation Army, of which deceased was a member, attended. "Capt." Moulton, assisted by "Capt." Wellman, impressively conducted the burial rites.
