IWCP - 21 April 1900 - Newport - NONAGENARIAN'S DEATH. - There recently passed away at Elm Cottage, Hunnyhill, an old and respected Newportorian, Mr. Isaac Butcher, who had reached the patriarchal age of 93. Deceased was the oldest member of the Congregational Church. The Rev. C. H. Davis officiated at the interment on Good Friday at Carisbrooke Cemetery in the presence of a number of relatives and friends of the deceased.
