IWCP - 21 April 1900 - Newport - SUDDEN DEATH. - The sadden death of Ronald Shaw, aged 17 months, an illegitimate child in the care of Mrs. Hendicott, of Malbourne-street, Newport, was reported to Supt. Ayres at the end of last week. Dr. Coombs had attended the child, which suffered from fits, and the Coroner decided on Saturday that an inquest was not necessary.
