IWCP - 1 March 1902 - NEWPORT - DEATH OF AN OLD INHABITANT. - We regret announce the death of Mr. Barton Tharle, which took place at his residence, Valletta, Castle-road, yesterday. The deceased, who was for many years in business at Rookley, was held in high regard by all with whom he came in contact, and had reached the patriarchal age of 86.
