IWCP - 28 February 1914 - NEWPORT - DEATH OF A FORESTER.-The death took place on Tuesday of Mr. Enos Groves, aged 53, a well-known Forester and member of the National Reserve, of New-cut. Deceased, who was a widower, had been in failing health for several years, and was under treatment at the National Hospital for Consumption at St. Lawrence for some 10 weeks as a sanatorium patient. He was formerly employed at the Cowes Jetty.
