IWCP - 17 June 1916 - NEWPORT - DEATH OF MR. B. S. GOULD. - We regret to record the death on Wednesday, after a short illness, from haemorrhage of the brain, of Mr. Benjamin Samuel Gould, aged 50, the well-known horticultural builder, &c., of Mount-pleasant. Deceased had been for some years an active and valued worker in connection with St. Thomas's Church, of which he was a sideman, and at the Parish Mission-hall, and he was a member of the I.W. Horticultural Association. Much sympathy is felt with Mrs. Gould and her family. The funeral will take place to-day, the first part of the service being at St. Thomas's Church at 2.30.
