IWCP – 15 December 1916 – Gunville – THE DEATH – took place early on Monday morning at the residence of her youngest son, Mr. W. Casely, of Mrs. Mary Casely, aged 74, widow of the Rev. Tubal Casely, who at the time of his death was a superannuated minister of the United Methodist Church, formerly of Ellesmere, Salop. The funeral took place at Carisbrooke Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon, the Rev. Thomas Letcher, of the same church, officiating. The mourners were the three sons, Mr. Louis Casely, Sergt. Harry Casely, R.F.A., and Mr. W. Casely, Mrs. Freeman (daughter), and Mrs. W. Casely (daughter-in-law). There were floral tributes from the children and friends.
