IWCP - 17 February 1917 - NEWPORT - DEATH OF MR. KIRTLAN CLARK. - The death occurred on Tuesday, after a long illness, of Mr. Kirtlan Clark, aged 59, a well-known tradesman and former member of the Guardians and Rural District Council and Carisbrooke Parish council, and a popular member for many years of the old Volunteers, in which he was a good rifle shot and an annual competitor at Wimbledon.
