IWCP - 6 February 1926 - CARISBROOKE - OLD RESIDENT'S DEATH. - The death occurred at Virginia, Castle-street, on Thursday week of one of the most esteemed residents in the person of Mrs. Elizabeth Hannah Fry, who had reached the venerable age of 85. The deceased was left a widow with a family of 10 about 40 years ago, and carried on the business of refreshment catering since 1870. The funeral took place on Sunday at Carisbrooke Cemetery, the Rev. Roger G. Thomas (Baptist) officiating.
