IWCP - 13 February 1932 - "... a London dealer, aged 51, who was sentenced to five years' penal servitude at the Old Bailey on April 26th 1927. ....received at Parkhurst .... the following July, and remained there until March last (1931), when he became insane and was removed to the County Mental Hospital by order of the Home Office. His sentence would have expired on June 5th next, the period having been extended by an appeal. .... verdict: 'That the deceased died from general paralysis of the insane..'...."
