Isle of Wight County Press - 1 June 1935 - NEWPORT - DEATH OF MR. C. BARHAM. - The death occurred at 115 Trafalgar-road, on Tuesday, of Mr. Charles Barham, aged 71, an esteemed townsman who was well known over a wide country district as a fruit and fish salesman. The funeral took place yesterday (Friday), the service being at St. John's Church and the interment at Carisbrooke. The mourners were the widow, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Barham and Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Barham (sons and daughters-in-law), Mr. F. A. Barham (son), Mr. and Mrs. J. Collison (son-in-law and daughter), Mesdames W. Hyde and G. Murray (daughters), Mr. G. Smith (nephew), Mr. F. Peck (brother-in-law), and Mesdames Turtle and Campbell (nieces).
