IWCP - 19 August 1950 - NEWPORT - The Late Mrs. E. Brimson.-The funeral took place on Wednesday of Mrs. Katherine Ellis Brimson, aged 77, wife of Mr. F. R. Brimson, of 95 Carisbrooke Road, whose death occurred at St. Mary's Hospital, after a short illness on Saturday. The service at Carisbrooke Church was conducted by the Rev. D. S. McKenzie, and the family mourners were Messrs. G. R., C. H., and E. R. Brimson (sons), Mr. J. Extance (nephew), Mr. C. W. Bell (son-in-law), and Mr. H. D. Brett (con-in-law, also representing Mr. R. G. Daish, son-in-law). Interment was at Carisbrooke Cemetery. Messrs. O. C. Hamilton and son, made the arrangements.
