Cremated remains - IWCP 30 October 1971 - Chale - Sudden Death. - Mr. Alfred Suffolk, a 39-year-old driver employed by the Southern Vectis Omnibus Company, was found dead in the bedroom of his home, Claremont, Newport Road, on Monday. Mr. Suffolk, who came from Birmingham, had been in the Island for 20 years. The facts were reported to the coroner and a post mortem examination showed that death was due to natural causes.
