Co., Newport - Rfn. Bertram Charles Hamilton, B Co., aged 17, was the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Hamilton, of 31 Chapel-street, Newport, who worked for his father before the war, and was a member of the St. Paul's (Barton) Brotherhood. His elder brother, Rfn. L. J. Hamilton went through the Gallipoli campaign and was invalided home through sickness. He has now recovered and is with his old regiment in the Island.
