IWCP - 23 January 1915 - NEWPORT - THE DEATH - occurred on Wednesday at. St. Wilfred's, Cypress-road, of Mr. Thomas Tee, an old and esteemed resident, a retired officer from the Prison Service, in which he had been for 25 years, chiefly at Parkhurst, to which establishment he was transferred from Woking. He retires on pension about 15 years ago and had been in failing health for some time.
