IWCP - 2 May 1925 - NEWPORT - DEATH FOLLOWING WAR SERVICE.- The death took place on April 16th of Mr. George Henry Coward, of 18 Cavendish-place. The deceased, who was the son of Mr. Coward of Pyle, Chale, and 27 years of age, had been ill for a long period following war service. The funeral was at Carisbrooke Cemetery on Monday, the Rev. H. S. Footman, vicar of Carisbrooke, officiating. The arrangements were carried out by Messrs. H. and F. Damp.
