IWCP - 16 September 1899 - Newport - POLICE PENSIONER'S DEATH. - The death occurred on Tuesday morning, after a wasting illness of Mr. Henry Frampton, for several years landlord of the Green Dragon and formerly belonging to the Hants and Isle of Wight Constabulary, from which he retired on a pension some years ago.
