WHO DIED AT NEWPORT
FEBRUARY 2ND 1886
AGED 76.
EARLY CONVERTED TO GOD HE AT ONCE
SOUGHT THE SALVATION OF OTHERS FOR
NEARLY 60 YEARS HE WAS AN EARNEST,
ABLE, AND HONOURED WESLEYAN METHODIST
LAY PREACHER. HE LOVED ALL WHO LOVED CHRIST,
AND DIED AS HE HAD LIVED TRUSTING ONLY IN THE
REDEEMER FOR SALVATION.
HE BEING DEAD YET SPEAKETH
READER, ARE THOU LIVNG FOR ETERNITY
