IWCP - 2 February 1907 - NEWPORT - OBITUARY.- The death occurred at Freshwater on Monday of Mrs. Woodford, widow of the late Mr. Henry Woodford, for many years librarian and custodian of the Newport Literary Society. The deceased lady, who was 74 years of age, was widely known and warmly esteemed. The funeral took place yesterday, the first part of the service being conducted at St. Thomas's Church, and the interment was at Newport Cemetery. The Rev. Miles Atkinson officiated.
