IWCP - 18 October 1902 - Newport - THE DEATH - occurred on Monday of a well-known and respected townsman in the person of Mr. Chas. Cooper, of St. Cross Mill, who succumbed to a painful illness at the age of 51. Deceased was an active member of the P.S.A. Society.
