Isle of Wight County Press - 26 December 1920 - NEWPORT - MUCH SYMPATHY - is felt for Mr. Robert William Bull, manager for Messrs. Westmore Ltd., of High-street, in the death of his much esteemed wife, Mrs. Alethea Bull, which took place on Friday, at the age of 47. The deceased had recently returned home from a stay at Freshwater for the benefit of her health, and appeared much better, but, unfortunately, she experienced a sudden relapse, from which she did not recover. The funeral took place on Wednesday, the first part of the service being at St. Thomas's Church, and the interment at Newport cemetery, the Vicar (the Rev. C. H. Thompson) officiating. There was a large number of beautiful floral tributes of affection and regard.
