Friends of Newport & Carisbrooke Cemeteries
The Friends of Newport & Carisbrooke Cemeteries is in the process of being formed, the objectives of the Friends include:
- Clearing vegitation from grave markers;
- Recording grave markers and presenting these on this website;
- Researching individual burials and recording these;
- Recording the Natural History, Flora and Fauna of the cemeteries;
- Providing Educational resources based on the Cemeteries (i.e. guide walks, local history, nature etc.);
- And anything else related to these Cemeteries;
