Description: Very good C18 house of 2 storeys chequer brick with red brick window dressings. Gable end old tile roof with 3 dormers, brick parapet with 3 panels of balusters, stone coping, moulded cornice and plain frieze, stucco block string course. Entrance No 98 in single window bay to east.
Main block has 5 windows, the outer ones in slightly projecting bays, recessed, sash, glazing bars, flat brick arches, block sills. Outer ground floor windows have dentil pediments over. Central recessed door of 6 fielded panels good semi-circular fanlight, reveals formed by paired Doric pilasters, moulded arch over. A good porch of Roman Ionic-columns and pilasters to wall with entablature of plain frieze and dentil cornice, has been removed.
