Description: Later C18 on the corner of Sea Street and Holyrood Street qv where the front has been entirely refaced in late C19 including a public house. On Sea Street: 2 storeys stucco with frieze and plinth. Gable end old tile roof, shallow wood eaves cornice. 3 windows: 1st floor, 2 light casement to north with glazing bars thin wood block sill, others windows slightly recessed sash, glazing bars moulded frames, block sills.
