Description: Early C19 L plan formed of 3 linked but distinctive units. Western block of 2 storeys stucco with slate hung sides and low pitch hipped slate roof, projecting eaves. Centre block of one storey and attic, painted brick, octagonal in plan with steep pitch mansard slate roof, the eaves carried down onto rustic wood columns. Eastern block at right angles of one storey and attic, painted brick, hipped and gable end slate roof.
The western block has 2 windows facing west; 2 light casements 1st floor, original french windows ground floor and above these narrow rectangular mezzanine windows. The south front has an attractive original french window with octagonal panes. On this side and to the west a veranda with rustic wood columns. The central mansard roofed section has a 2 light casement dormer and on the ground floor a rectangular brick bay, sash window, glazing bars intact. Recessed door to side.
Eastern block 2 casement windows to north, 2 large casement dormers the cornes levelled giving octagonal shape. One window south front 3 light and 2 light casement in gable.
