Painted brick with rusticated stone quoins. Gable end slate roof, 2 dormers, 4 windows, sash, glazing bars, moulded flush wood frames, block sills. The street door is recessed of 6 fielded panels with moulded wood frame, set in heavily rusticated stone surround with keystone. 1st floor room, 2 windows to north, has original panelling, painted over.
