Description: Early C19 2 storeys painted brick. Gable end slate roof with bracketed eaves cornice. 3 windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills.
The centre window is a large 3 light bow with glazing bars, plain strips frieze and cornice. Modern shop front No 40 but retains doorway with semi-circular fanlight. Frame of Public House front retaining panelled pilasters, brackets and cornice.
