Late C17 now cement rendered. Wide eaves on heavy modillions. Hipped roof of old tiles. One modernised dormer. 2 storeys. Moulded band and plinth.
2 of the 4 upper windows have wood mullions and transoms. The ground floor windows are modern, some blocked. Door has C19 wood hood on cast iron brackets.
Frontage to Pyle Street has 4 windows and one upper small oval window; none have glazing bars, and all but one have wood blind cases.
